When will I receive my order and how can I track the delivery?

When estimating when your order will arrive, please note our processing time of 1-2 days. During peak periods, the processing period may extend past our goal of 48 hours. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you both the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

How will I be charged for shipping?

We currently offer free basic shipping rate (3-7days). If you prefer priority shipping (2-3 days) or next day message us and we will provide you with the shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Please note, however, international shipping fees do not include custom and duty fees. Unfortunately, since our website is unable to calculate these for you at checkout, the customer is responsible for all custom and duty fees incurred after ordering.

What is your return policy?

Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your purchase! You’re welcome to return any full price item within 7 days of receiving the package. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will receive a credit towards a future purchase.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
